Some pictures from last Saturday's game, Notre Dame vs. University of North Carolina.
A Tarheels fan sitting behind me unsuccessfully predicted the game early on, after hearing that UNC won the coin toss he said, "Alright, they won, the game is over, let's go home!" I sat right in the middle of the UNC section and listened to amusing comments like this all throughout the game. Fun times!
Players walk from the Cathedral to the stadium about 2 hours before the game. The white guy would be Brady Quinn, the Quarterback. I myself am a bigger fan of Jeff Samardzija, if only because I think he's cuter (although not in that picture!). Oh yes, I am that shallow and I just went there.

Touchdown Jesus. Near the end of the game, a little boy sitting behind my dad turned to his father and asked if UNC was going to be able to win. Hearing this, my dad turned around and said, "See Jesus over there? Look at his arms, even He's already predicting that Notre Dame will get more touchdowns!" The boy's reply was a long drawn out, "Wow!" The boy's father rolled his eyes and thankfully started laughing.

I love me some Olympics. So much fun to watch!
Figure skater Johnny Weir cracks me up. In the interview prior to his skate, he said, among other amusing stuff, that his critics could "eat it". Gotta love that attitude. This kid is so damn gay, it makes me snort every time the commentators use some euphemism when referring to him. They're all like, he's so 'flamboyant', so 'outspoken', so 'eccentric', so 'unique'. My god people, even he calls himself 'princessy'.
Also, Bode Miller, can I have your babies? You are one fine lookin' man. Sucks that he caught a ski between the poles and was DQed, it looked like he would have taken gold. Oh well, he's got like 2-3 more races he can medal in.
So, I've been home since like noon, and I've been drinking pina coladas since then, fun times!
What I wouldn't give to be in Permanti Brothers in Market Square in dahntahn Pittsburgh tonight!
